Emergency Food and Shelter Program

The United Way of Delaware/Otsego Counties administers the Federal Emergency Food and Shelter Program, which brings additional resources to the two-county area. This program addresses emergency food, utility and shelter needs. This federally funded program is made available to qualifying human service programs annually. The United Way acts as the fiscal conduit and chairs the local board in both counties. For more details on eligibilty, go to www.efsp.unitedway.org.
